The weather is less friendly, home owners find the location of the house that is still close to nature. One of this house, situated on a steep wooded site in Lake Washington. The building is in the open nature of the steep transition between forest and views of Lake Washington. The main ingredient for this building is the timber framing, exposed concrete and concrete floors, red cedar boards, galvanized and black steel. This house also offers safety for the occupants of the house and deck on the top level, and down through the stairs into the living room concrete house on the ground floor which opens to the beach.
