Green school is composed of bamboo and the roof of dried leaves. This is a school located in Badung, Bali, Indonesia and in project area 7,542 sqm. The purpose of Green School was established to motivate people for sustainable living and to show people how to build with sustainable materials, namely bamboo. Green School was designed by PT Bambu and supported by a number of alternative energy sources, including hot water and cooking bamboo sawdust system, hydro-powered vortex generators and solar panels. This building consists of several rooms which are: classrooms, gymnasium, meeting rooms, faculty housing, offices, cafes and a bathroom.
