This villa an area of 513 m2 of which 360 m2 is living space. The property in green area and consists of a large lawn with apple trees, jasmine bushes and magnificent oaks. Materials and colours have been carefully chosen and match beautifully, creating a theme that runs through the entire house, and creates a very enjoyable feeling. This hall functions as a centre point that leads to all the living rooms and lounges of the house, as well as the kitchen. Large living rooms with bay windows and additional tiled stoves adjoin the dining room. Next to it is a modern kitchen with details such as a wood-fired stove and exposed brick walls. The kitchen also includes a dining room for the entire family, and a kitchen island that gives you the feeling of hanging out in a bar . From the kitchen, one of the two stairways leads to the upper floor and a small hall. There you’ll find four large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is quite large. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The second (en suite) bathroom is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. (more…)

Located between nature, and is named Graticule House.The Idea of interior space, the project architect to get a unique dialogue with exterior spaces, sites and striking white house stood against a natural brown and green that surrounds it. Villa Hc located in one of the most beautiful sites in Bergen. Initially, in the 1940s, this building is an old house, the reason for the renovations because the house was too small for the needs of these owners. This project was designed by Saunders Architecture with the outer area of 180 m2, the main challenge here is to create a completely new house that looks and feels great. It is Almere villa design, Open House is a single-family-house with large spaces and a lot of day light. This villa created by Hofman Dujardin Architects, family house on area 136m². The elevation consists out of concrete frames combined with large glass facades, maximizing the relation with the outdoor space. Family house consist of several room and area such as on the ground floor the kitchen is located at the street facade and the dining is orientated to the garden. The living and study are located on the first floor. The study can be transformed into a bedroom. A void on the first floor creates the relation between the kitchen, dining, living and study. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. Open House stands for light, air and space. (more…)
