This is a beautiful house of La Casa Jardín del Sol. The design is a house that is made of glass and concrete on a wooden base. Bedrooms and public areas are situated in a parallelepiped. The kitchen looks like a studio, in the basement floor there is a gym with a separate entrance and a glass wall to enjoy the views during training. For exterior and made of concrete. This house have completed by CplusC Architects,located beach house in Curl Curl, New South Wales, Australia. Located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Curl Curl House exploits the structural and aesthetic benefits of timber with stunning results. This Northern Beaches residence was an exercise in material, time, and cost efficiency. A specific project brief included two bedrooms with built-in robes, bathroom/laundry, an open plan dining, kitchen, living space, and a deck. A shared driveway, a services easement, and a compact site influenced the form of the building envelope and allowed the architects to maximise internal floor area without sacrificing external amenity. The building responds to changing climatic conditions through natural ventilation in all directions, two integral fish ponds and vegetation that cool the summer breeze, and large awnings and timber screening to shade living areas whilst providing privacy (more…)

This is House Design of Haller Jürgen located in Mellau, Austria. His creation and his freind, Peter Plattner designed it. Their concept are incorporating the impressive panorama at the foot of the Alps with a lifestyle demanding variable solutions. The owner’s specifications were a house combining living and working areas under one roof. As the hill side of the house is embedded, the east facing cellar area could be naturally illuminated and used as an office. The entrance area is generous and includes a guests’ cloakroom. It is also possible to enter the house or the office from the double garage. The central staircase divides the ground floor into a living area and a kitchen/eating area. The bedrooms and an extra bathroom for guests are situated on the first floor. (more…)
