Carmel Valley Residence Located in California
An interesting mix using natural ingredients. The house is situated on sloping site in the Santa Lucia Preserve in Caramel Valley, open-front house overlooking a farm pasture in the valley below. Display attractive facade that blends with the natural atmosphere, add a simple impression. Raw materials used are clay, a mixture of soil excavated from the site and concrete. Other exterior walls are built using recycled board re-sawn cedar. Recycled oak floors, and all other wood used in this project either certified or sustainably harvested. Tin roof is non-reflective and durable. Assertiveness home with this style lies in the nuances of nature around the house.
