The building is Located along the Alexandra / Telok Blangah Business Corridor. This project consists of 4 blocks to develop the business. Recreational facilities and space facilities in the area of 184,000 square meters. Access to go to the main road and the obstacles and the CBD only 10 minutes, and the MRT. This building consists of an office tower has 18 floors, the building business park consisting of 17 floors. Beautiful scenery and recreational facilities located on higher floors, 178 000 sq.m. The Comtech and PSA Building through a system of pedestrian and vehicle.
